“A Night to Remember” Cinematic Trailer Released

Following yesterday’s teaser video with the same name, CD Projekt RED has released a cinematic trailer for the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. You can watch the full trailer below, but keep in mind that it doesn’t feature actual in-game footage.

The official PlayStation channel on YouTube has made a video demonstration of the world in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. At a sizeable length of 35 minutes, the video explores many of the key areas of the Northern Realms; the forests, roads, villages, and towns that dot its varied landscape. The city of Novigrad is also featured. The demonstration features a lot of sailing as well, which is one aspect of the game that has not been seen much.

“A Night to Remember” Teaser Released

CD Projekt RED has released a new teaser for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Not much can be seen in it as it features brief shots of Geralt and an unknown lady, with a twist at the end. The teaser is supposed to announce a live stream of the Witcher 3 on May 14, on the game’s official YouTube channel.


The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt comes out on May 19 on the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

Preload available on GOG.com, Steam

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is now available for preload on GOG.com and Steam, while preloading the game on Origin will be available on May 14. Anyone who has pre-ordered CD Projekt RED’s upcoming RPG is able to download the 20+ GB preload version of the game, which will unlock on May 19 at 1 AM CET. We have a table with the exact launch times for the game, if you are interested.

The preload is also available to gamers who pre-ordered the Witcher 3 on Xbox Live. PlayStation Network users will be able to do the same soon, according to the official press release.

Witcher 3 Pre-ordered Over 1 Million Times

CD Projekt RED has revealed today that pre-orders for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt exceed one million copies. It is not known how that figure is broken down between the platforms that the game will launch on, and how that number is divided between the digital and physical copies of the game.

“We’ve crossed the 1 million pre-order milestone and it’s all thanks to you guys! We would like to thank all the gamers for their trust and support” said Marcin Iwiński, co-founder, CD PROJEKT RED. “This is the last stretch and we’re pushing hard — over the last two weeks, we’ve increased performance on all platforms and started working full speed on the expansions, Hearts of Stone & Blood and Wine” concludes Iwiński.

In related news, CD Projekt RED has recently released possibly the last trailer for its upcoming RPG, showing off the game’s combat and monsters.

New Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Trailer is on a Rage

CD Projekt RED has released the latest trailer for the upcoming The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Titled “Rage and Steel“, the trailer focuses on the gorier aspects of the game. The two-minute video has Geralt decapitating and dismembering various foes, all in gruesome detail. A lot of monsters can be seen, some of which have not been feature before. The trailer also gives us a short glimpse of the game’s female protagonist, Ciri, and one of her magic abilities. The full video can be seen below.
