Those who decide to purchase the digital version of the game will be able to get the game on May 19 at exactly 1 AM CET. Language Availability Revealed
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be available in various languages in an effort to make the game as accessible as possible. Each region/country will get a specific combination of languages that players will get to chose from, and that combination will be the same on the PC, Xbox One, and Playstation 4 versions of the game.

Places of Power – Locations
Places of Power in the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt are stones scattered throughout the game’s world. They are not marked on the map, but you can spot them in the distance as gloving stones. They are usually guarded by powerful monsters. Once you interact with it, Place of Power gives you the following rewards:

GOG.com to live stream Witcher 3 on May 5
GOG.com and CD Projekt Red will host a live event at GOG.com’s Twitch channel on Tuesday, May 5, at 6pm GMT / 2pm EDT / 11am PDT.
The event will consist of several parts, with the first being a 45 minute live stream of the game hosted by two members of the CD Projekt team, Łukasz “LUq” Wnęk and Lead Designer Miles Tost, who will also be providing developer commentary. The stream will showcase various gameplay mechanics such as “melee and long-distance combat, alchemy, exploration, monster hunting, and means of travel”.
The second part will be a live Q&A with Tost; fans will be able to ask questions via Twitch chat or through the GOG.com community forums.
There will also be a “Witcher lore contest”, in which CD Projekt will be giving out The Witcher 3:Wild Hunt t-shirts to those with sufficient knowledge of the series and its main character.

Wild Hunt Goes Gold
The third installment in the Witcher series has gone gold, meaning that the game is now ready to be pressed to disk and packaged. The production on the game has finished an entire month before release, which is usually a good indicator that we will not be getting a rushed and bug-ridden final product. Needless to say, the developers are satisfied with the state of the game as can be seen from the words of Adam Badowski, the head of the studio:

Hearts of Stone & Blood and Wine expansions announced
Even though the Witcher 3 hasn’t been released yet, CD Projekt Red has announced two expansion packs for it – Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine. The former will give players around 10 hours of gameplay, while the latter will add 20 more hours on top of the 200-hour run time of the base game and its 16 free DLCs.

World Map Revealed
The world map for the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is one of the bonus items given to those who pre-order the game at GameStop. The map shows a world dotted with islands of various sizes and different terrains: fertile plains, wild forests, dank marshes and large mountains are all visible. There are many settlements peppered throughout the diverse landscape; the largest of them is the huge city of Novigrad, perched at the north of the game’s world.

PC System Requirements Revealed
CD Projekt has released the system requirements for the PC version of its upcoming RPG, and they are very much in line with what was expected. Anyone who plans to play the game on the PC will need a relatively beefy rig, but there is still time to save up for new components as the game will not be released until May 19.
